Prebaked Microwaveable Retail Patties

Caribbean Frozen Foods (CFF) retail patties are 4.5 oz. in size and are packaged in a colorful retail box – two (2) patties to each box. They are individually wrapped for sanitation reasons and can either be microwaved in the wrap (cut and open one side for ventilation) or can be taken out and placed in a plate, then placed in the oven. For your convenience, heating and preparation time are two minutes. The following products are packaged in this manner:

BEEF SPICY

JERK CHICKEN

Jerk chicken patty is the newest member of the Jamaican patty family to be produced and sold by CFF. It consists of diced tender USDA chicken chunks seasoned with authentic Jamaican jerk seasoning and wrapped in a flaky pastry crust. Because the color of the jerk seasoning is dark, the chicken chunks are more likely to have a Bar-B-Q style appearance. It’s simply spicy and delicious…… YUMMY! YUMMY!
