Jerk chicken patty is the newest member of the Jamaican patty family to be produced and sold by Caribbean Frozen Foods (CFF). It consists of diced tender USDA chicken chunks seasoned with authentic Jamaican jerk seasoning and wrapped in a flaky pastry crust. Because the color of the jerk seasoning is dark, the chicken chunks have a dark, Bar-B-Q style appearance. It's simply spicy and delicious.
